Training module for improving the competitiveness of the Costa da Morte hospitality and tourism companies.

Modulo formativo de mejora de la competitividad de la hosteleria y empresas turisticas de costa da morte

Why Costa da Morte tourism professionals can not miss the course?

The title of the educational program or di. To improve the competitiveness of their companies at the gastronomic level and also the communication and commercialization of their products.

What would you tell us about the teachers who will teach the course?

We will have first class professionals, both in terms of knowledge and the correct use of local products, as well as their culinary treatment. We will count on renowned emerging chefs from the Galician panorama who have brought an innovative vision of our cuisine. The theoretical sessions will be given by Jorge Guitián, one of the most renowned experts in Galician gastronomy. In regards to the communication we will have Javi Mos, community manager of various hostelry companies.

What do you think is doing well in Costa da Morte in the field of your course?

The offer of a quality local product is increasing. There is a modernization and general improvement of the establishments and the attention to the public. More trained personnel are required.

Get some of the practical part of the course …

The course is aimed at professionals in the kitchen. A 30-hour course can not pretend to teach the trade. That is what you already know. We will focus on including highly qualified knowledge about the use of products (meat and fish cuts, use of new products, such as seaweed …) tools to increase the profitability of their businesses and also to position themselves in the market.

What will your students take of the course?

Wins of applying the new knowledge acquired
